Section 3. President
The President shall be responsible for carrying out the purposes of the Young Lawyers Division., The duties of the President shall include, but not be limited to, presiding at all meetings of the Executive, The President shall be responsible for the preparation and submission of an annual report of the activities, of the Young Lawyers Division at the regular Annual Meeting of the State Bar of Georgia., The President shall be an ex officio member of all Standing Committees., Section 3. The name of this organization shall be the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia (the, Section 1. Name
Section 7. Electronic Conferencing
If prior notice has been provided, and if such facilities are available, any member of a Section or Committee, to hear the comments of the Section or Committee members present at the meeting and to speak to those, present at the meeting; and that the members present at the meeting can hear the comments of and speak, to the absent member., full rights to the floor, and shall be entitled to vote at such meeting as if physically present., Section 7. Section 5. Referendum to Entire Membership.
The Board of Governors, upon the vote of two-thirds of the membership of the Board, may refer any question, to a vote of the membership of the State Bar., The members present at an annual meeting may, by a two-thirds vote, direct the Board of Governors to, upon which the vote is to be taken., The questionnaire submitted to each member shall be returned to the Executive Director., Section 5.
