Section 3. President

The President shall be responsible for carrying out the purposes of the Young Lawyers Division., The duties of the President shall include, but not be limited to, presiding at all meetings of the Executive, The President shall be responsible for the preparation and submission of an annual report of the activities, of the Young Lawyers Division at the regular Annual Meeting of the State Bar of Georgia., The President shall be an ex officio member of all Standing Committees., Section 3. Section 5. Referendum to Entire Membership.

The Board of Governors, upon the vote of two-thirds of the membership of the Board, may refer any question, to a vote of the membership of the State Bar., The members present at an annual meeting may, by a two-thirds vote, direct the Board of Governors to, upon which the vote is to be taken., The questionnaire submitted to each member shall be returned to the Executive Director., Section 5.
