Congratulations to Ron Daniels on state board appointment

To the Editor:
On behalf of the State Bar of Georgia, I am writing to extend congratulations to Ronald E. “Ron” Daniels of Daniels Law LLC in Eastman on his appointment by Gov. Brian Kemp to serve on the Georgia Certificate of Need Appeals Panel.
All Georgians will benefit from Mr. Daniels’ service on the panel, which reviews the initial decisions of the state Department of Community Health to grant or deny a Certificate of Need for healthcare projects.
By accepting this appointment, Mr. Daniels, the immediate past president of the State Bar of Georgia Young Lawyers Division, demonstrates his continued commitment to serving the public and the justice system. We wish him well in this new capacity of statewide leadership.
