To the Editor:
On behalf of the State Bar of Georgia, I am writing to extend congratulations to Towaliga Judicial Circuit Chief Assistant District Attorney Dorothy V. Hull on her appointment by Gov. Brian Kemp to serve as district attorney for the Towaliga Circuit, covering Butts, Lamar and Monroe counties.
Ms. Hull will be well served by her 29 years of experience in the legal profession and justice system, all of which have been as a prosecutor of criminal cases. She served as an assistant district attorney for Bibb County for 24 years before her current position in the Towaliga Circuit.
By accepting this appointment, Dorothy Hull demonstrates her continued commitment to serving the public and the justice system. We wish her well in this capacity of prosecutorial leadership.
Sincerely,
Christopher P. Twyman
President, State Bar of Georgia
