No earlier than 30 days after the publication date of this Notice, the State Bar of Georgia will file Motions to Amend the Rules and Regulations for the Organization and Government of the State Bar of Georgia.

At its business meeting on July 20, 2025, the Council of Superior Court Judges approved proposed amendments to Uniform Superior Court Rules 4, 10 and 21. Comments must be received by Friday, Feb. 27, 2026.

The Supreme Court of Georgia has approved revisions to its rules, which govern Court operations, filings and other administrative aspects of the state’s highest appellate court, including substantive and non-substantive edits.

The Supreme Court of Georgia, having considered Motions 2025-9 and 2025-10, ordered that the Rules and Regulations for the Organization and Government of the State Bar of Georgia be amended.
