To the Editor:
The State Bar of Georgia congratulates Coffee County Solicitor General Katherine L. Paulk on her appointment by Gov. Brian Kemp to serve as a judge for the State Court of Coffee County.
Judge Paulk will be well served by her 15 years of experience in the legal profession, including prior service as solicitor for the Douglas Municipal Court, as an assistant district attorney for the Waycross Judicial Circuit and, since 2012, as solicitor general of Coffee County.
By accepting this new role, Judge Paul demonstrates a commitment to serving the justice system in Coffee County. We wish her well as a State Court judge.
