Congratulations to Carl Dowling on state board appointment

To the Editor:

The State Bar of Georgia congratulates attorney Carl P. Dowling of Evans on his appointment by Gov. Brian Kemp to serve on the Georgia Certificate of Need Appeals Panel.

All Georgians will benefit from Mr. Dowling’s service on the panel, which reviews the initial decisions of the state Department of Community Health to grant or deny a Certificate of Need for healthcare projects.

With his acceptance of this position of statewide leadership, Carl Dowling demonstrates his commitment to public service. We wish him well during his term of service on the panel.
