Proposed Amendments to the Uniform Rules for Superior Court
At its business meeting on July 29, 2026, the Council of Superior Court Judges approved proposed amendments to Uniform Superior Court Rule 8. A copy of the proposed amendments may be found at the Council’s website at georgiasuperiorcourts.org.
Should you have any comments on the proposed amendments, please submit them in writing to the Council of Superior Court Judges by email to uniformrules@cscj.org. To be considered, comments must be received by Monday, Jan. 11, 2027.
