Nonprofit Law Section | Navigating Recent Executive Orders Impacting Grant Funding

Join us December 15, 2025, from 12 - 2 p.m. for a virtual CLE session designed to help nonprofits navigate recent Executive Orders impacting grant funding, as well as to explore other funding opportunities as the impact of those actions take shape.
This two-part session will begin with an overview of recent Executive Orders, along with updates on the status of related litigation.
Next, a dynamic duo of fundraising and tax experts will discuss today’s challenging fundraising landscape. They will explore fundraising efforts in these turbulent times, discuss potential sources to bridge gaps in funding and some potential tax issues related thereto and work through some real world examples.
Two hours of general CLE credit will be given (pending approval).
