Chances are that over the course of your career as a construction lawyer, you will deal with a bankruptcy. While you likely won’t be taking the lead on bankruptcy filings, as a construction lawyer, you need to understand the basics and how it might affect an ongoing project, the collectability of a judgment or potential judgment and several other possibilities. This CLE will provide the basics needed to properly issue spot these topics.
