Arbitration is sometimes viewed as a wild west because of its lack of rules and case law. Some view arbitration as the only sensible forum to resolve construction disputes. Can both be true? This CLE will give an overview of how all construction disputes are resolved, not just arbitrations. In a slight departure from the standard format of this series, for this CLE we’ve paired up an experienced advocate and arbitrator with a junior lawyer and will be using a question and answer format that sheds light on all the key topics.
