Please join the Franchise & Distribution Law Section for a virtual CLE program on November 4, 2026, at 12 p.m.

We are pleased to welcome Cheryl Stanton, Chief Legal and Government Affairs Officer of BrightStar Franchising, LLC, who will present AI and Legal Ethics for Franchise Systems. Drawing on real-world scenarios and practical examples, Ms. Stanton will discuss the evolving role of artificial intelligence in franchise operations and provide recommendations for mitigating legal and ethical risks associated with its use.

This one-hour CLE will examine key legal and professional responsibility issues facing franchise attorneys and in-house counsel, including:

• Confidentiality and data protection concerns
