  • The State of Copyright Licensing in the United States, and Beyond
  • Film Finance: Legal and Business Issues
  • Music Distribution in 2026

  • Ask Russ Anything: Legal Ethics and Professionalism for Entertainment & Sports Attorneys

We're excited to announce that "Ask Russ Anything" will feature a live Q&A with Russ Willard, General Counsel of the State Bar of Georgia, covering legal ethics and professionalism issues facing entertainment and sports attorneys. To make this session as relevant and engaging as possible, we're inviting you to submit your questions and hypothetical fact patterns in advance for Russ to consider. Whether it's a tricky conflict-of-interest scenario, a question about dual representation of talent and production companies, or navigating social media ethics, we want to hear from you! Please submit your question(s) by March 6, 2026 by clicking here. We’ll share them with Russ so he can provide us the most insight possible!
