The Administrative Law Section and the Appellate Practice Section invite you to join us for a timely and engaging CLE program examining recent developments in federal and Georgia administrative law: After Deference: Administrative Law and Appeals in Federal and Georgia Courts.
The Supreme Court's decision in Loper Bright ended Chevron deference, marking a significant shift in federal administrative law. In the years since, the Court has continued to reshape the administrative law landscape. At the same time, Georgia has enacted statutory reforms affecting administrative proceedings and the path by which decisions of local boards and lower tribunals are reviewed by superior and state courts.
Join members of the Administrative Law and Appellate Practice Sections for a comprehensive discussion of these important developments and their practical implications for attorneys, agencies, litigants and courts.
