Erik Gundersen of ERG Strategies. Erik was the inaugural regulator for the Maine Office of Cannabis Policy which launched in 2019 and stood up an adult use market in Maine in the fall of 2020. Erik is now a government consultant specializing in assisting state and tribal governments in the development of well-informed data-driven cannabis and hemp policies.
Shawn Collins of The Homegrown Consulting Group. Shawn was the inaugural regulator for the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission launched in 2017. Shawn now advises entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, compliance professionals, and legal teams operating in highly regulated and rapidly evolving sectors.
