Please join David Rusnak and Sam Sparks for a virtual CLE meeting on March 11, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. to hear their tips on drafting ADR clauses. Mr. Rusnak is an experienced trial attorney with Drew Eckle & Farnham who primarily represents parties participating in arbitrations and court proceedings, while Sam Sparks is with the Sparks Group, LLC and is an experienced arbitrator on the AAA Construction Panel.
