The Creditor’s Rights Law Section will host a 5-hour continuing legal education seminar on Friday, February 27, 2026, both in-person at the State Bar of Georgia's Conference Center and virtual via Zoom.
The session will begin with breakfast and check-in at 8:30 a.m. and presentations beginning at 9 a.m.
Topics covered will include landlord-tenant enforcement, FCRA defense,
foreclosures, dealing with sovereign citizens and ethics.

For those registering for virtual attendance, the Zoom link will be emailed to virtual registrants by noon on Thursday, February 26, 2026.
