Please join the Professional Liability Law Section for a networking lunch and seminar on February 24, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. at the State Bar Conference Center, 104 Marietta Street, NW, Alanta, GA 30303. A mix and mingle reception will be held immediately afterwards from 6 to 7 p.m.

Malpractice Claims Involving Lawyers, Accountants, Architects & Engineers and a Little Ethics and Professionalism In Between
This CLE will equip attorneys to
better understand the claims made against and defenses made on behalf of
lawyers, accountants, architects and engineers. Attendees will learn
best practices for the ethical prevention of malpractice claims and Bar
grievances. Malpractice insurance basics with dos and don’ts will also
be covered. Finally, learn how to handle professional dilemmas with
State Bar Deputy General Counsel.
