You are invited to join us for an upcoming virtual CLE program hosted by the Construction Law Section: Construction Law 101: Changes, Differing Site Conditions and Key Risk Shifting Provisions.
Tuesday, January 27, 2026 | 12 – 1 p.m.
Via Zoom
Presenters:
1 hour of General CLE credit (pending approval)
This session will dig into some of the most frequently litigated topics—change and differing site conditions—but also highlight some of the other key risk shifting provisions commonly found in construction contracts. Highlights include the following types of clauses: indemnification, no damages for delay, LDs, force majeure and waivers of consequential damages. While this may sound like a construction 201 session, these topics are essential to understand in more detail early in one’s journey as a construction lawyer.
