This five-hour CLE program will cover foundational and developing issues in fiduciary and estate planning practice. Topics will include fiduciary duties, compliance and drafting considerations, trustee selection, SECURE 2.0 and retirement benefits planning, essential tax rules for estate planners, and techniques for drafting documents that reduce the risk of fiduciary litigation.
