Standing Board Policy 200 (Annual Statement of Revenue and Expenditures)
Any active or inactive member of the State Bar of Georgia may, within forty-five (45) days of the date, on the grounds that it is nongermane to the legitimate purposes of the State Bar of Georgia., The arbitration panel shall be composed of three (3) active members of the State Bar of Georgia., The panel shall schedule a hearing at the headquarters of the State Bar of Georgia within forty-five, The decision of the arbitrators shall be binding as to the objecting member(s) and the State Bar of Georgia, Standing Board Policy 200 (Annual Statement of Revenue and Expenditures)
Section 2. Terms of Office.
Each Officer shall hold office for a one-year term beginning at the close of the Annual Meeting of the, State Bar of Georgia at which the Officer is elected and ending at the close of the next succeeding, Annual Meeting of the State Bar of Georgia, and until his or her successor shall have been appointed., If a vacancy shall arise in the office of the President and there shall, at the same time, exist a vacancy, in the office of the President-Elect, the President of the State Bar of Georgia, in consultation with, Section 2. Section 5. Notice of Meetings.
Notice of the date, time, and place of each Annual or Special meeting of the Division shall be given, meeting and sent to the member’s email address on record in the office of the State Bar of Georgia and, posted on the official website of the State Bar of Georgia., Emailing notice and posting notice on the official website of the State Bar of Georgia shall constitute, mailed or emailed to all the members of the State Bar of Georgia or any part thereof which includes, Section 5. Section 3. Use of Funds.
Funds of the Division shall be expended for such purposes related to the stated activities of the Division, as from time to time shall be authorized by the Division’s Executive Committee., All expenditures of the Division are subject to review and approval by the Treasurer and the Executive, Director of the State Bar of Georgia., Section 3. Section 4. Collaborating with Other Programs.
