Section 1. Officers.
The general Center operation will be overseen by its officers and a Center Executive Committee., Officers of the Center shall be a Chairperson, a Vice Chairperson, a Secretary, and a Treasurer, all, of whom shall be members in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia., The initial officers will be selected by the President of the State Bar of Georgia and, thereafter, elected, by members of the Center for Lawyer Wellbeing., Section 1. Section 2. Use of Funds.
Funds of the Center shall be expended for such purposes related to the stated activities of the Center, as from time to time shall be authorized by the Center’s Executive Committee., All expenditures of the Center are subject to review and approval by the Treasurer and the Executive, Director of the State Bar of Georgia., Section 2. Section 3. Collaborating with Other Programs.
