Section 1. Officers.
The general Center operation will be overseen by its officers and a Center Executive Committee., Officers of the Center shall be a Chairperson, a Vice Chairperson, a Secretary, and a Treasurer, all, of whom shall be members in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia., The initial officers will be selected by the President of the State Bar of Georgia and, thereafter, elected, by members of the Center for Lawyer Wellbeing., Section 1.
