Join us for AI 201 – Tech Talk, a free virtual CLE presented by the Privacy & Technology Law Section on Monday, October 20, 2025, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

This one-hour program (pending approval for 1 hour of General CLE credit) will take a deeper dive into the technical foundations of artificial intelligence and explore their legal implications.

Topics include:

  • Differences between rule-based systems and machine learning
  • Evaluating AI tools for law practice (accuracy, bias and security features)
  • How AI models are trained and function (datasets, algorithms and inference)
  • Technical limitations of current AI systems and their legal impact
  • Understanding and interpreting AI outputs
