The webinar will be presented by Corinne Mitchell, partner at Clayborne & Wagner LLP and lifelong equestrienne. She heads her firm’s Equine Law Division handling matters in a wide range of areas including real estate, commercial leases, business formation and liability consultation and mitigation. She is a nationally-known litigator and transactional attorney who will be covering and discussing basic equine-related contracts such as sales, leases and insurance.
She will be advising and sharing basic elements to include in all equine-related contracts while focusing on clauses to avoid - especially in efforts to minimize potential for misunderstandings and ultimately helping clients avoid litigation. She will share anecdotal stories to help make this a worthwhile and fascinating hour of practical equine law.
