Ethical Use of AI in the Legal Practice

Date: November 19, 2026, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

As artificial intelligence transforms workplace and legal workflows, attorneys face heightened ethical obligations around confidentiality, competence, and oversight. Join the YLD Corporate Counsel and Labor & Employment committees Thursday, Nov. 19, from noon to 1 p.m. for a one-hour virtual CLE* focused on navigating AI responsibly in the workplace.

This 1-hour virtual CLE* brings together leading in-house counsel to address key friction points, from handling AI-generated pro se filings and HR documentation to preventing data privacy leaks and managing vendor liability. Panelists will provide practical guidance on defining attorney oversight, protecting attorney-client privilege, and training non-lawyer teams.

Register here to learn how to ethically leverage and govern AI tools in your organization.

*1 hour of CLE credit, including 1 Ethics hour, pending approval. While this CLE program is complimentary, attendees who would like credit reported need to contact the State Bar of Georgia’s CLE Regulation Department and pay a $4 per credit hour fee.
