Join us for the latest in our AI literacy series: AI Literacy 301 – An Advanced Discussion, a free virtual CLE presented by the Privacy & Technology Law Section on February 25 from 12 to 1 p.m.

This one-hour program (pending approval for 1 hour of general CLE credit) will take a deeper dive into the legal considerations and practical applications of artificial intelligence. 

Topics include:

  • AI governance frameworks and emerging regulations (state, federal and international)
  • Case studies of AI failures and successes in the legal context.
  • Discovery and evidentiary issues with AI-generated content 
  • Intellectual property considerations (e.g., training data, outputs and ownership)
  • Risk assessment and mitigation strategies for AI implementation
