Malpractice Claims Involving Lawyers, Accountants, Architects & Engineers and a Little Ethics and Professionalism In Between

This CLE will equip attorneys to better understand the claims made against and defenses made on behalf of lawyers, accountants, architects and engineers. Attendees will learn best practices for the ethical prevention of malpractice claims and Bar grievances. Malpractice insurance basics with dos and don’ts will also be covered. Finally, learn how to handle professional dilemmas with State Bar Deputy General Counsel.
