Unlicensed Practice of Law

Appointed by the Supreme Court of Georgia, the duties of the Unlicensed Practice of Law (UPL) Standing Committee include the consideration of activities that may constitute the unlicensed practice of law and receiving and evaluating District Committee reports to determine whether litigation should be instituted against any alleged UPL offender.
