Judicial Procedure and Administration/Uniform Rules

This standing committee shall observe the practical working of the judicial system of this state in all courts and recommend such changes to the law or uniform rules as observation or experience of the committee may suggest. It shall receive and review all proposed legislation affecting the courts of this state and report findings and recommendations on any such legislation to the Advisory Committee on Legislation and the Executive Committee. It shall also consider and make recommendations on all proposed uniform or other court rules.
