This form is intended exclusively for use by members of the Young Lawyers Division.

Please note reimbursements will not be completed without supporting documentation.

Allow 2-3 weeks for all reimbursements.

All requests must be submitted before the end of the Bar year (June 30) to qualify for reimbursement.

Committee funds can not be used for alcohol or travel reimbursements. See Committee Chair Guidelines, IV(B) in the YLD Leadership Guide, for other restrictions.
