Government entities fund an enormous amount of construction each year, with some estimates indicating it is currently around $500 billion or more. Contracting with the government is very often more complicated than private construction. Extra regulations, bidding requirements, different dispute resolution procedures, and more. This CLE will help you understand all the extra red tape that comes with government contracting and demystify some of the complexity.
