This free program will provide information about the recently enacted Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), an overview of some of the key concepts of the law and one hour of general CLE credit (pending approval). The presentation will focus on some of the key differences between the data protection concepts in Europe’s GDPR and US privacy laws, along with the anticipated impact that the Act will have on US companies doing business in India.
