Elizabeth L. Fite Installed as Treasurer of State Bar of Georgia

Orlando, Florida–Elizabeth L. Fite of Rogers & Fite LLC in Atlanta was installed as treasurer of the 50,000-member State Bar of Georgia on June 8 during the organization’s Annual Meeting. 

Fite’s law practice is focused in the areas of truck and motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability and railroad accidents. She previously served as an assistant county attorney for DeKalb County and, prior to that, practiced complex products liability litigation at a large law firm in Atlanta.

She served as secretary of the State Bar for the past year, is also a member of its Executive Committee and has represented the Atlanta Judicial Circuit on the Board of Governors. 

Fite is a graduate of Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, and earned her law degree from Emory University School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2005.
