On behalf of the State Bar of Georgia, I wish to extend congratulations and thanks to Hall County State Court Chief Judge Charles S. Wynne on his retirement from office effective Dec. 31.
Georgia's State Court judges fulfill a vital responsibility in the administration of justice at the local level. Judge Wynne served on the State Court bench for 16 years, following 10 years as a judge of the Hall County Magistrate Court, and has been an active member of the State Bar of Georgia since 1977.
All members of Georgia's legal community are grateful for Judge Wynne's service and are inspired by his many contributions toward strengthening the foundations of our justice system, which protects the rights and liberties of all Americans. We wish him well in the years ahead.
