To the Editor:
On behalf of the State Bar of Georgia, I am writing to extend congratulations to Nashville attorney Chase L. Studstill on his appointment by Gov. Brian Kemp to serve as district attorney for the Alapaha Judicial Circuit, covering Atkinson, Berrien, Clinch, Cook and Lanier counties.
Since his admission to the Georgia Bar in 2017, Mr. Studstill has served as a public defender in the Tift Judicial Circuit.
By accepting this position, Mr. Studstill demonstrates his continued commitment to serving the public and the justice system. We wish him well in this new capacity of prosecutorial leadership.
