On behalf of the State Bar of Georgia, I wish to extend congratulations and thanks to Crisp County Probate Court Judge G. Russell "Rusty" Wright on his retirement from office effective Dec. 31.
Georgia's Probate Court judges fulfill a vital responsibility in the administration of justice at the local level. Judge Wright has been an active member of the State Bar of Georgia since 1980.
All members of Georgia's legal community are grateful for the service rendered by Judge Wright and are inspired by his many contributions toward strengthening the foundations of our justice system, which protects the rights and liberties of all Americans. We wish him well in the years ahead.
