On behalf of the State Bar of Georgia, I would like to express congratulations to Nicholas A. Primm, a partner with Bradford & Primm LLC in Jefferson, on his recent appointment by Gov. Nathan Deal to serve as a Superior Court judge for the Piedmont Judicial Circuit, covering Banks, Barrow and Jackson counties.

Judge Primm will be well served by his 17 years of experience in the legal profession, including previous service as senior assistant district attorney for the Piedmont Circuit, as solicitor for the cities of Arcade, Commerce, Hoschton and Jefferson and as past president of the Piedmont Bar Association.

With his acceptance of this appointment, Judge Primm demonstrates his ongoing commitment to serving the public and the justice system. We wish him well in this new capacity of judicial leadership.
