On behalf of the State Bar of Georgia, I wish to extend congratulations to Stefan C. Passantino of Dentons US LLP in Atlanta on his recent appointment by President Donald Trump to serve as deputy assistant and deputy counsel to the president with respect to compliance and ethics matters.
All Americans will benefit from the service of Mr. Passantino as he carries out an important responsibility in the new administration.A member of the State Bar of Georgia for 21 years, he brings significant knowledge and expertise to the White House, having represented corporations, public figures and other entities with respect to ethics, election and lobbying laws as chair of the political law team at Dentons.
Mr. Passantino's acceptance of this post demonstrates his continued commitment to serving the public and the justice system. We wish him well in this new position of leadership in the executive branch of our federal government.
