Congratulations to new Superior Court judge

To the Editor:

The State Bar of Georgia congratulates Ben J. Miller Jr. of Thomaston on his appointment by Gov. Brian Kemp to serve as a Superior Court judge for the Griffin Judicial Circuit, covering Fayette, Pike, Spalding and Upson counties.

Judge Miller brings 24 years of experience in the legal profession to his new position, including previous service as a solicitor, Juvenile Court judge and Municipal Court judge. He is also a member of the Sixth Judicial District Alternative Dispute Resolution Board of Directors.

By accepting this appointment, Judge Miller continues to demonstrate his commitment to serving the public and the justice system. His fellow members of the State Bar of Georgia wish him well in this new capacity of judicial leadership.
