To the Editor:

The State Bar of Georgia congratulates attorneys Kimberly K. Anderson of Dunwoody and Kimberly A. Alexander of Decatur on their appointments by Gov. Brian Kemp to serve as judges for the DeKalb County State Court.

Judge Anderson, who will serve in the court’s Jury Division, brings 10 years of experience in the legal profession to her new position, including the past nine years in private practice with Robbins Ross Alloy Belinfante Littlefield LLC in Atlanta after starting her career as legislative counsel for the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee.

Judge Alexander, who will serve in the court’s Traffic Division, has 15 years of legal experience, serving as an assistant county attorney for Fulton County since 2015.

By accepting these appointments, Judge Anderson and Judge Alexander continue to demonstrate their commitment to serving the public and the justice system. Their fellow members of the State Bar of Georgia wish them well in this new capacity of judicial leadership.
