To the Editor:
The State Bar of Georgia congratulates Griffin Judicial Circuit District Attorney Marie G. Broder on her appointment by Gov. Brian Kemp to serve on the Georgia Criminal Case Data Exchange Board.
All Georgians will benefit from Ms. Broder’s service on the board, which promulgates rules with respect to courts receiving criminal case filings electronically and the exchange of data between agencies and entities from inception to conclusion.
With his acceptance of this appointment, Ms. Broder demonstrates her continued commitment to serving the public and the justice system. We wish her well in this new position of statewide leadership.
