Congratulations to new Solicitor General Luana Nolen

The Dallas New Era

To the Editor:

On behalf of the State Bar of Georgia, I would like to express congratulations to Luana P. Nolen of Dallas on her appointment by Gov. Brian Kemp to serve as solicitor general for the Paulding County State Court.

Ms. Nolen will be well served by her 16 years of experience in the legal profession, including her extensive previous service in prosecuting criminal cases as senior assistant district attorney in the Douglas Judicial Circuit, Paulding Judicial Circuit and Clayton County District Attorney’s Office and as an assistant district attorney and assistant solicitor general in Cobb County.

By accepting this appointment, Ms. Nolen demonstrates her continued commitment to serving the public and the justice system. We wish her well in this new capacity of prosecutorial leadership.
