There will be no in-person attendance for registrants, you will be sent a livestream link to the program by 7:00 p.m. the evening before so that you may watch the program online from your home or office.
Why you should attend
Attorneys - workers’ compensation practitioners and others - as well as current and aspiring mediators, will benefit from this substantive discussion of developing issues and fundamentals in Alternative Dispute Resolution against a backdrop of workers’ compensation. Discussions led by Administrative Law Judges, experienced mediators, and workers’ compensation practitioners will include ethical, professional, and practical insights designed to bolster attendees’ mediation skills and enhance their understanding of workers’ compensation nuance and procedure.
Space is limited. ICLE cannot guarantee admission to onsite registrants. Early registration closes 48 hours before the seminars held at State Bar of Georgia offices. Materials for these courses are provided in digital form. Meals may not be available for walk in registrants.
ICLE seeks to foster an environment of adult learning for its speakers and registrants, as such please be advised that children are prohibited from attendance at ICLE programs.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations reaching ICLE by 5PM the day before the seminar date will receive a registration fee refund less a $25.00 administrative fee. Otherwise, the registrant will be considered a “no show” and will not receive a registration fee refund. ICLE will email a digital link to class materials to every “no show.”
