Trial Advocacy





Total Hours includes Ethics Professionalism Trial Practice


In light of continued COVID-19 health concerns, all 2020 ICLE programs will be available by online livestream ONLY. There will be no in-person attendance for registrants, you will be sent a livestream link to the program by 7:00 p.m. the evening before so that you may watch the program online from your home or office.


Why You Should Attend

The Trial Advocacy program is designed for all lawyers who practice in areas of courtroom appearances or adversarial proceedings of any nature. The topics are geared toward relevant trends and recent legal issues. It provides ethics and professionalism credits so annual CLE requirements can be met.
Livestream registration closes 5:00 PM the day before the program. Materials for these courses are provided in digital form.
ICLE seeks to foster an environment of adult learning for its speakers and registrants, as such please be advised that children are prohibited from attendance at ICLE programs.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations reaching ICLE by 5PM the day before the seminar date will receive a registration fee refund less a $25.00 administrative fee. Otherwise, the registrant will be considered a “no show” and will not receive a registration fee refund. ICLE will email a digital link to class materials to every “no show.”
