Proposed Amendments to the Uniform Rules for Superior Court

At its business meeting on July 31, 2024, the Council of Superior Court Judges approved proposed amendments to
Uniform Superior Court Rules 24 and 39. A copy of the proposed amendments may be found at the Council’s website at georgiasuperiorcourts.org.

Should you have any comments on the proposed amendments, please submit them in writing to the Council of Superior
Court Judges at 18 Capitol Square, Suite 104, Atlanta, GA 30334 or email them to uniformrules@cscj.org. To be considered, comments must be received by Friday, Jan. 3, 2025.

State Bar of Georgia Forms Special Committee on Artificial Intelligence and Technology

This committee will explore and make recommendations to the Supreme Court and Board of Governors about how the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct (GRPC) cover developments in technology, particularly artificial intelligence, and the practice of law.
