Please join the State Bar IP Section and Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta for an informative Lunch and Learn from 12 to 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 15, at the State Bar of Georgia. Enjoy lunch and learn about copyright issues commonly faced by nonprofit clients. Panelists will provide information on the basics of copyright law (including registration, litigation, licensing, works made for hire and fair use) with a special emphasis on applicability to nonprofit operations, boards and volunteers. Attendees should leave this seminar more confident in their ability to flag potential copyright issues for nonprofit clients.
