Description: As we progress further into the Information Age, complying with the professional duty of confidentiality is a moving target. What steps are necessary to secure the confidentiality of digital client information? How can lawyers adeptly weigh the risk of making decisions to store and transmit confidential information in a particular way? Join us to learn about best practices in law firm security and to interactively explore its relationship to the professional rule of confidentiality. Light refreshments, wine, and beer will be provided. 1 hour of Professionalism credit is being sought.
