The Senate Judiciary Committee is set to mark up proposed patent litigation reform legislation on April, begging the questions of whether the various proposals will help or hurt the U.S. patent system and whether alternatives to legislation are better suited to address concerns regarding patent litigation. The panel discussion will last an hour and Q&A will follow.

Lunch will be provided and one hour of CLE has been applied for.

Pre-registration is recommended as you will need to go through security to get to the meeting space. Please arrive early to facilitate the entry process.
