2023 Annual Meeting

***Due to high demand, The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa is sold out. Unfortunately, we have been unable to secure additional overflow rooms at a reasonable price. If you have not made your hotel reservations for the Annual Meeting, Savannah offers a number of options that may be suitable to your needs at more reasonable rates. We encourage you to make your reservations as soon as possible, keeping in mind that prices fluctuate a good bit day to day. When making reservations, please pay attention to that property's cancellation policy in the event that your plans change.

If you'd like to be added to or remain on the wait list for The Westin, please contact Meetings Director Gakii Kassamba at gakiik@gabar.org and let her know as we continue to monitor cancellations.

If you have already secured your room at The Westin and you need to cancel your reservation, please contact Gakii directly at gakiik@gabar.org instead of going through the hotel.
