Join the State Bar of Georgia Diversity Program for the Virtual Fall Learning Lab: Advancing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice in 2021. The early-bird registration deadline is Monday, Nov. 30 and the registration deadline is Tuesday, Dec. 8.
Session 1 | Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and the Bench: Perspectives from Jurists and Advocates, moderated by Hon. Dax E. Lopez, State Court of DeKalb County, will feature Chief Justice Harold D. Melton, Supreme Court of Georgia; Chief Judge Berryl A. Anderson, Magistrate Court of DeKalb County; and Judge-Elect Shermela Williams, Fulton County Superior Court .
Session 2 | Law Firms and In-house: Where Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Intersect with Social Justice, moderated by Kathleen O. Currey, Partner, Parker Hudson Rainer & Dobbs LLP, will feature D’Andrea J. Morning, Vice President, Corporate Compliance, Grady Health Systems; Tara Jackson, Associate, Akerman LLP; J.C. Roper, Partner, Drew Eckl & Farnham; and Yendelela Neely Holston, Partner and Chief Diversity Officer, Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP.
