These Rules will be in effect for the 2009 national tournament in Atlanta. Updates have been made to Rules 1.4, 4.6, 5.2 and 5.4 for the 2009 competition. Questions regarding the Rules should be forwarded in writing via e-mail to Stacy Rieke at stacyr@gabar.org and will be addressed in the Case/Rules Q&A reports throughout the month of April.
